LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, Sales & Marketing 부서에서 Graphic Designer를 채용합니다. 일러스트레이션을 활용하여 다양한 매체 및 사이니지 등의 각종 인쇄물 디자인 관련 업무를 담당하게 됩니다. 광고 홍보 및 에이전시에서 Design 관련 업무 3년 이상의 경력, 테마파크 및 호텔등 대규모 복합 리조트의 디자인 인하우스 경력자를 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
Position Summary:
• Expertise in creating compelling graphics and covers for marketing materials, visual collaterals, in-park signage, and space design. Displays a great imagination to create, design, and facilitate the production of various objects for the theme park. Prepares files for production through third-party vendors, confirming specifications, and technical details and ensuring all quality standards are maintained.
Scope and Responsibilities:
• Performs the following functions personally, through assigned staff, or contractual arrangements with external agencies or vendors:
• Create compelling marketing and sales materials, ranging from print advertising to digital banners, mailers, brochures, and other collateral within LEGOLAND Korea Resort and LEGO brand guidelines.
• Work with direction from Creative Services and Agency partners to finish and produce mechanical design files from mockups or renderings, for both in-house and external production specifications.
• Show creativity and attention to detail on all projects, concerning layout, legibility, and maintenance of brand tone of voice.
• Support creative development of signs, ads, and website assets for other departments as needed.
• Prepare files for production through third-party vendors, confirming specifications, and technical details and ensuring all quality standards are maintained
• Initiate the seasonal park presentation theme, working closely with the Entertainment team.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the field is required. Prior experience in either agency or in-house design capacity is preferred.
• Requires expertise working with the Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud-based software, specifically creating original design work in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Requires experience in creating production and print-ready/mechanical files from design renderings or mockups.
• Should have experience in digital design and familiarity with best practices for banner advertising, including copy placement. Prior experience in production and photography retouching preferred.
• Must be thorough and able to manage a high volume of projects with attention to detail for copy and layout to ensure consistency and the best delivery of messages both visual and written.

• Familiarity with .swf and .gif creation and video editing is optional
• Experience related to the exhibition/space design is preferred.
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or a similar course of study is required.
Other Requirements:
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations
• Ability to sit for sustained periods to attend on-site and off-site meetings, perform paperwork activities, travel, and drive
